Synonym: A-20
The A20 cell line is a B cell lymphoma line derived from a spontaneous reticulum cell sarcoma found in an aged BALB/c mouse(1). The model is suited for the assessment of surrogate and cross-reactive I/O agent efficacy and immuno-PD effects. At CrownBio, the A20 model is offered as both subcutaneous and systemic (i.v. injected) models.
