B16-F1 is a murine cell line of melanoma, which was derived from the pulmonary melanoma nodule from the first serial passage of B16-F0 parent cell line in C57BL/6 mice(1). The model is suited for the evaluation of anti-cancer immunotherapy efficacy and PD. At CrownBio, the B16-F1 model has been established as a subcutaneous model.
