B16-F10 is a mouse melanoma cell line, which was derived from the pulmonary melanoma nodule from the tenth serial passage of the B16-F10 parent cell line in C57BL/6 mice(1). The model is commonly used for the efficacy and PD evaluation of surrogate and cross-reactive I/O agents. At CrownBio, the B16-F10 model is offered as subcutaneous and metastatic models.
