This strain carries a conditional mutant constitutive deletion of Trp53 and conditional knock out of PTEN (PTENflox/flox). The mouse was injected with adeno-cre to the prostate at 6 weeks of age. Unexpectedly, a sarcoma was found approximately 4 months after virus administration instead of a prostate tumor.
