Synonyms: Panc02, Panc-02, PAN 02, Panc02-H0
Pan02 is a well-established mouse pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) model developed by chemical induction with 3-methylcholanthrene (3-MCA)(1). The cell line can be grown in the C57BL/6 mouse strain for in vivo testing. The relatively slow tumor growth of this model enables for ample treatment window, making this the ideal model for the evaluation of anti-cancer immunotherapy response and pharmacodynamics of the immune system. At CrownBio, the Pan02 model is available subcutaneously as well as orthotopically. In addition, a firefly luciferase tagged reporter line of Pan02 model is available, fascilitating disease monitoring via bioluminescent imaging.
